Single Herbs for Stamina

Many herbs that are used to support the adrenals are adaptogens, herbs that perform multiple services including protecting the body from harm while under stress. This allows individuals to face challenges without the usual increase in corticol hormones. Some of these herbs also increase coping margins and endurance, and a few are rich sources of natural trace minerals and/or antioxidants.
